Creating a certificate

1. Set the Settings-> Alias for the ranking display.

2. Click “Result CSV for Award” of “Progress” and save the file

3. Create a certificate format in Microsoft Word

4. Click “Mailings”

5. Click “Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard”

6. Click “Next: Starting document”

7. Click “Next: Select recipients”

8. Click “Browse”

9. Read “Result CSV for Award” of All result saved in 2

10. Check the data and click OK

11. Click “Insert Merge Field”

12. Click “Insert Merge Field” to insert “Section”

13. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Rank”

14. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Name1”

15. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Name2”

16. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Competition_name”

17. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Organizer”

18. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Holding_date”

19. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Organizer”

20. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Presenter”

21. Click “Edit Individual Documents” in “Finish & merge”

22. Select “All” and click OK

23. In a new document, 7 pieces of data are inserted in the following cases.
